Thank You, Big Sister
I don't really have a Big Sister. But my cousin, Susan, always seemed like the older sibling I never had so I started calling her Big Sister years ago because it seemed to fit - and it stuck. She lives in Denver, so when Aaron started at Colorado College she became his surrogate family for 4 years. He was at her home for Thanksgiving dinner and Passover Seder. She picked him up and dropped him off at the airport. She visited him on campus. She stored his stuff over the summer breaks. She basically adopted him for 4 years and it gave us great comfort to know she was so close and accessible for Aaron while he was so far away from us.
Thank you Susan! You are The Best.
