Trump's statement about LeBron got me thinking...
I am sure you have seen the statement above by our Tweeter-in-Chief in which he calls out two prominent American men of color as dumb. This got me thinking about how Donnie The Divider tends to promote ideas that reflect an insecurity about himself.
It almost seems that the things he complains about most are the things that things that are closest to his own reality. For example
He constantly and consistently rants about "Fake News" in the press while at the same time he is demonstrably the largest purveyor of false information in operating in the public domain.
"LOCK HER UP"
He has been ranting about Hillary and the Democrats collusion with the Russians and other alleged "illegal" activities all the while he is the one under investigation.
SHOWING A PREFERENCE FOR AUTOCRATIC LEADERS OVER DEMOCRATICALLY ELECTED LEADERS
He talks tough but he can't even fire someone in person. He informed Tillerson that he was out via a Tweet and he sent his bodyguard to inform Comey that he was fired. Maybe these Autocrats are "strong" in ways that he wishes he was but knows he isn't.
"I'M THE LEAST RACIST PERSON YOU WILL EVER MEET"
From the lawsuit on the Trump Organization for discriminatory renting practices back in the day, through Charlotteville, through "Why can't we have more immigrants from places like Norway" he has shown, at best, a lack of empathy for people of color. At worst it looks like...SAD.
CALLING OUT PEOPLE AS DUMB
"Low IQ Maxine Watters" and "Dumbest man on television Don Lemon" and now King James. And there are others. Could it be that the man with "the best words" is insecure about his own intelligence?
Why would he? Wait...I mean, why wouldn't he?
It does seem to be a pattern.
